Dream Jobs - Careers in the World of Skateboarding -
Schools and Universities do not suit every one.
 
Three and half years ago, two scruffy Dudes walked into the APOLLO 11 Skate Shop. Markus Lutas Gregson and Tom “FuzZy” Beaumont. Looking back know one could not have imagined that they would be helping to run the company what a job! Travelling the world, working in the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK plus racing new high tech skateboards for a living. Both have learning difficulties, both had issues that alienated them from main stream society.

The internet explosion of online UK skate shops run as money making machines does not help skaters who want careers in the world of skateboarding, so if nothing else comes from this “dream Jobs” article, please support your local skateboard shops.
Markus and FuzZy, where both studying at Falmouth Collage and simply did not fit in to the normal education system. Soon they became part of our skate family that dates back to 1968.
How come they are on there way to the top? Easy, amazing attitudes, trust, loyalty and self respect.
  
FuzZy has a great attitude towards life and his day to day jobs.
It hasn’t been easy, jealous mates, ridiculed by many, pre-judgement that hurts deep inside but through all this two boys came and now they are two fine young business men, skaters and great ambassadors to the world of skateboarding and Longboarding.
 
They eat, breath and sleep with skateboarding always in the for front of there minds. Markus and FuzZy you have helped us all so much and our way of saying thank you is to tell the world how great you both are. Thanxs Dudes.

In our view two skate brands stand out from the crowd, why?
